Cooking professionally since 2006, Clark holds a Culinary Arts degree from the Culinary Institute of America at Greystone. He has spent time in Michelin starred kitchens in Washington, Napa Valley & Chicago. His ingredient focused cuisine focuses on the seasons, served in a relaxed fine dining atmosphere.
